The screen doors are wonderful - we have them in our own house on every door. The question I get from customers most often is how to open the tension rod - you really do have to twist it 'lefty loosy' many times to get it to the size you want. If the rod is bent in shipping, e-mail us - we'll send you a new rod - you don't need to send the whole thing back.
